Excellent job dealing with 20 years of issues. They put chimney cap on fireplace and now no birds. They put in dehumidifier and sump pump to deal with extremely high moisture content. Have been out many trips baiting and removal of rodents that damaged insulation. They completely remodeled crawlspace with new insulation, installed moisture barrier, removed debris. Very reasonable price for all the work I got done. I took all recommendations from Alex because he knows how to fix it right.
