I thought that I may have pests in my attic and found Alex by doing a google search. He was very pleasant and lighthearted when we spoke on the phone. He came to my house to investigate (at the time he said he would).
During the visit he took his time to explain a lot about my attic space that I never would have thought of. I did not have a pest problem (thank God). Business people like Alex restore my faith in customer service! Kudos to him!
